Another fantastic independant bottling from the people behind LMDW, the Bunnahabhainn 10yo single malt is a cracker of a dram. The distillery sits right at the northern tip of Islay and has a very unique setting which only used to be accesible by sea. Matured in sherry butts, this whisky is very unique. The remnants of the smoky, salty origins are ever present but the added complexity and spicy raisin notes are rounded off with a luxurious sweetness. Maybe buy 2...
