Glenglassaugh Distillery sits at the east end of the picturesque Sandend Bay in the Scottish Highlands.  The distillery with lots of tradition dating back over 140 years was in danger of becoming just a chapter in a history book when production stopped and doors closed in 1986… 22 years later in 2008 a group of passionate investor’s restarted production at the coastal distillery utilising the traditional methods that made Glenglassaugh whisky stand out from the rest.
