We tried finding a category to place this whisky, but we just couldn't seem to put our finger on it and thats exactly the way we like it. Taking inspiration from a large range of spirits including bourbon, genever, irish whisky and numerous others. The mash bill is heavy on corn and malted barley and it's been aged in re-coopered french pinot barrels to throw yet another element in the mix. We do know two things. It's aptly named, and it's delicious.
