Annual Gin & Cheese Masterclass - Aussie Gin & Aussie Cheese 

2pm Saturday the 6th of May 

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the 2nd annual Casa de Vinos Gin & Cheese afternoon.   This year world renown cheesemonger, Laura Lown, will be working with Jonathan Boadle to create a cheese and gin pairing focusing solely on Australian gin and Australian cheeses. 

For lovers of two of the most important things in the world - gin and fromage this is a must add event to the calendar.  

 5 different gins have been selected highlighting some Australia’s best craft producers and will be expertly paired with its cheese partner based on flavour, body, style and expression.  The event will also cover broader aspects of pairing gin with cheese and what to look out for when trying to create harmonious pairings and cheese boards for gin. 

All gins will be presented neat and then can be made into G&Ts as to best represent the pairings and to highlight the methodology used.  The exact gins and distilleries will be announced closer to the event but don’t hesitate too long as last year this event was a sell out. 

We hope you can join us in the lounge for an afternoon of stories about some of the finest fromageries in the world and about some of the best Australian gin distilleries alike.
