Mycorhize is a blanc de blanc (100% Chardonnay) from very old vines from a Grand Cru Vineyard. Made by Erick de Sousa a young wine maker who through using biodynamical viticulture principals champions the regions terroir. Pure and mineral champagne displaying excellent characteristics of the fruit best enjoyed in the next 10 year period. For ideal pairings think crustaceans or sashimi.
