Currently residing in Hangar 17 at the Launceston Airport, Launceston distillery was established in 2013 and has been producing whisky ever since. Chris Condon, the founder, was one of  the first distillers at the infamous Nant distillery.

Offering a variation of styles and finishes, this release is their bourbon cask bottled at 46% abv. A small batch and small cask style, Launceston distillery is at the heart of the greater Tasmanian whisky trail. This bottle provides great insight into the spirit style that Tasmania is known for producing.
