This Ben Nevis was matured in a small selection of Oloroso Sherry Butts for 8 years, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2022 by Signatory Vintage and bottled at 43%.

Nose: Stewed Rhubarb and Orchard fruits, subtle malty honey note. Hints of camomile and

Palate: Soft and oily fruity notes, light but decedent balanced with seasalt and effervescent woody peat.

Finish: Woodsy and soft oaky spice, woodsy peat lingers at the back.
