This 2014 vintage Craigellachie was bottled in Signatory Vintage's Very Cloudy range, drawn from a small batch and bottled without chill-filtration. It keeps the whisky natural in texture while presenting a lighter 40% ABV profile.

The nose brings baked apple, creamy malt, bourbon vanilla and tropical fruit. The palate is light yet oily, with vanilla, malt and orchard fruit, before a long creamy finish with gentle fruit and spice. A softer Craigellachie with texture rather than high alcohol strength doing the work.
