As one of Jens Drewitz' "Personal Choice" whiskies, this is sure to be special. The whisky itself was matured solely in a single sherry but for 40 years. The images on the front display a range of Speyside scenes, as such this release is also dubbed "Images of Speyside" as an ode to the whisky making heritage in the area.

Originally Jens bottled for the purpose of supplying his restaurant of the same name, however his bottlings became increasingly popular over time and now Sansibar Whisky is held in high esteem across the whisky drinking world. Their distinct watercolour labels are an icon in their own right and look beautiful on shelves; a testament to their quality with each label being hand-painted for every cask.
