The Auld Alliance - New Releases Tasting

The most recent shipment of Auld Alliance whisky has arrived in Australia and it would be remiss of us not to celebrate with a tasting line up of some of these exceptional whiskies.   Since 2010 The Auld Alliance has been one of the most famous whisky bars in not just Singapore but the world.   Over the last few years the independent bottling side of The Auld Alliance has grown and they are fast becoming one of the highest regarded in Asia.   With Emmanual Dron at the helm their whisky, cognac and rum offerings are of the highest calibre, bottled by connoisseurs for connoisseurs - the curiosities and the exceptional.   Each ticket for this tasting evening event includes cheese and charcuterie boards paired to 15ml of the following drams. 

Littlemill Distillery 31 Year Old 1988, Emmanuel Dron & Hideo Yamaoka bottling, 48.7% abv

Balmenach Distillery 32 Year Old 1989, The Auld Alliance Single Cask, 45.4% abv

Caol Ila Distillery 15 Year Old 2006, The Auld Alliance Single Cask, 47.3% abv

Kavalan Solist 2010, Single Cask for The Auld Alliance, 56.3% abv

Emmanul Camut Distillery, Single Malt Whisky Cask #001 for The Auld Alliance, 50% abv
