Ben Nevis 28 Years Old 1997 Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml | 48.1%

A classic vintage from Ben Nevis incredible distilling streak from 1995-1999, this whisky was matured in a single refill sherry butt for just over 28 years before being bottled in mid 2025. As with most Nevis' from this era, we excpect bright funky fruits and with this bottlings specifically, lots of minerality. Ben Nevis in sherry (both refill or otherwise) often sings with time in the glass, so be patient and you will be rewarded.

Originally Jens bottled for the purpose of supplying his restaurant of the same name, however his bottlings became increasingly popular over time and now Sansibar Whisky is held in high esteem across the whisky drinking world. Their distinct watercolour labels are an icon in their own right and look beautiful on shelves; a testament to their quality with each label being hand-painted for every cask.
