Signatory's 'Very Cloudy' range showcases whiskies which are non-chillfiltered, but bottled below 46% ABV. This results in the whisky turning cloudy at lower temperatures when stored correctly.

Nose: Indulgent and pastry-like, featuring prominent aromas of vanilla sugar, coconut, and toasted cereals.

Palate: Creamy and smooth texture, with a rich, oily mouthfeel bringing forward notes of vanilla, almond cream, and soft spices.

Finish: Long, sweet finish with lingering notes of vanilla and oak.
