Distillation takes place on a single Creole column still, delivering a fine spirit that’s reduced with volcanic spring water. The core range spans from the grassy, citrus‑driven Neisson Blanc 52.5 % to aged VO, VSOP and vintage rhums matured in ex‑bourbon and French oak casks with notes of vanilla, tropical fruit and warm spice.

From field to bottle, Neisson cultivates its own cane on the slopes of Mount Pelée and ferments the fresh juice slowly with native yeasts before distilling in a single Creole column still.
