Archie Rose Single Paddock Whisky Harvest 2018 is a wild-fermented rye malt whisky built around heritage rye from a single paddock in Barellan, New South Wales. The release reflects the difficult 2018 drought conditions and the Whytcross family's dry-grown grain.

The whisky uses rye malted three ways, with fermentation finished using a saison yeast strain and maturation in virgin American oak. Expect lifted aromatics of wildflowers, mandarin, yuzu and berries, with sweet spice, vanilla and grain intensity from the cask and mash bill.

It was named Australia's Best Rye Whisky at the World Whiskies Awards in London.
