This exceptional Sullivans Cove was bottled for our 10th Anniversary in 2020 and still stands as one of the best Sullivans Cove releases we have tried to date. 

Nose: Peaches and cream, almond meal, oats, granola with dried apricots.

Palate: Sweet to begin, then turns into candy and golden syrup.

Finish: Peanut brittle and cumin seeds with more creamy peach and apricot. 

Sullivans Cove

Founded in 1994 as the second (ever) whisky distillery on the island of Tasmania, Sullivans Cove have since established themselves as a pillar of Australian whisky distilling. Although established in 1994, distillation of the whisky for which Sullivans Cove is now known began in 1999 with the distillery’s transfer to Highland Holdings ownership. Then in 2004 ownership was transferred again to Tasmania Distillery until the company changed name to reflect their whisky, thereafter being known as Sullivans Cove Distillery Pty. Ltd..
