The nose brings noble wood, caramelised fig and tropical fruit. The palate is richly textured, with sweetness, cinnamon and shortbread, before a long sweet finish of dried fruit and brioche. A good option when Australian single malt needs polish, age and clear Tasmanian fruit character.
