Waubs Harbour Port Storm is distilled and matured at Waubs Harbour Distillery in Bicheno, just metres from the ocean. It brings rich ex-tawny French oak together with American oak, then lets the distillery's coastal salt and maritime maturation balance the sweetness.

Expect sultana jam, vanilla, toffee spice, apple brandy, custard, poached pear, brown sugar syrup and glazed cherry. The palate is rich and oily, with sultana, pear crumble, treacle, golden syrup, dried stone fruit and supportive oak spice, all held together by the salty lift at 48% ABV.
