A new marriage of American oak refill and ex-bourbon casks, aged for a minimum of 16 years. This is the first batch of a carefully designed whisky, created specifically to be enjoyed alongside a meal.
The nose carries lemon biscuits, orange zest, and sweet vanilla. The palate develops into notes of walnuts and baking spices, and the finish leaves you with nougat and buttercream.

Sullivans Cove

Founded in 1994 as the second (ever) whisky distillery on the island of Tasmania, Sullivans Cove have since established themselves as a pillar of Australian whisky distilling. Although established in 1994, distillation of the whisky for which Sullivans Cove is now known began in 1999 with the distillery’s transfer to Highland Holdings ownership. Then in 2004 ownership was transferred again to Tasmania Distillery until the company changed name to reflect their whisky, thereafter being known as Sullivans Cove Distillery Pty. Ltd..
