Transportation "The Tossers" 3 Years Old Australian Whiskey 700ml - 48.9%

The Tossers is the second release in the new collaborative Band Series. This cask strength version at 59.5% was aged in ex bourbon casks and finished in ex PX casks that were further seasoned with Irish stout and Irish red ale. This single pot still whiskey is a great example of complexity. The palate bursts with red fruits, vanilla custard and spices. the texture is very creamy with a tingle of spice from the unmalted barley that is a pleasure. this whiskey then just keeps giving with a long lasting finish.

Nose: Vanilla, ripe red fruits, hints of dark chocolate, coffee, bold spice.

Palate: Red fruits, vanilla custard, spice, creamy texture

Finish: Lingering notes of apple pie and kitchen spices
