Transportation The Tossers 3 Years Old Australian Whiskey 700ml | 48.9% ABV

The Tossers is the second release in Transportation Whiskey's collaborative Band Series, drawing on the distillery's Irish-inspired Australian single pot still style. It was aged in ex-bourbon casks and finished in ex-PX casks further seasoned with Irish stout and Irish red ale.

The result is creamy, spicy and layered, with vanilla, ripe red fruit, dark chocolate, coffee and bold spice on the nose. The palate brings red fruit, vanilla custard and a creamy texture, with unmalted barley adding a gentle spicy tingle before a long finish of apple pie and kitchen spice.
