Each bottle may be taken from 1 of a total of 38 different casks, ranging from 5 to 27 years old from a number of various Scottish distilleries. Since 2017 they have been releasing outstanding whisky and rums through their Thompson Bros label as well as laying down hundreds of casks filled with soon to be Dornoch Whisky.
