The nose is delicate and airy, with citrus, herbs, smoke, vanilla, white flowers, Williams pear, ash and medicinal balm. The palate is livelier and more oily, bringing peat, candied citrus, pear, cut grass, sea spray, samphire and sea salt. The finish is broad and dense, with peat, creamy chocolate, coconut milk, vanilla, mint and soft cigar smoke.
