Caol Ila 11 Years Old Three Wise Men Selection Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml | 57.3% ABV

This 11 year old Caol Ila was bottled by Precious Liquors for the Three Wise Men Selection, part of the Enganto Art Series. The single cask release was bottled at 57.3% ABV with an outturn of 310 bottles.

The nose is intense and coastal, with peat smoke, caramel, toffee, sea salt and citrus. The palate is creamy and mouth-filling, moving through savoury barbecue, strong medicinal peat, ash, grilled pineapple, peach and sweet banana, before a long oily finish of smoked meat, tropical fruit and lingering ash.
