Iniquity Gold Series Batch 007 Single Malt Australian Whisky 700ml | 56% ABV

Iniquity Gold Series Batch 007 from Tin Shed Distilling Co is built from a single 225 litre American oak port cask, teaspooned with both Shiraz-cask whisky and peated whisky of the same age. It was aged for five years and bottled at 56% ABV.

The nose is rich and varied, with toffee, treacle, maple syrup, molasses, dried stone fruit, ginger snap, pine needle, mint chocolate, sandalwood, gummy sweets and cream sherry. The palate brings burnt caramel, apricot or fig jam, Jaffa-like chocolate-orange and more toffee, before a long evolving finish of hazelnut and roasted chestnut.
