Staff Tasting Notes:

Chichibu Distillery x Casa de Vinos 15th Anniversary Single Cask
Nose: Melon with dried mango, light date and dry raisin, vanilla extract, fresh banana and a light nuttiness.
Palate: Fruit cake with more dried mango, candied pineapple and slight melted milk chocolate with oaky raisin in the background tying everything together. 
Finish: Melon lingers with more fruitcake and wisps of banana, vanilla and baking spice. 

Kanosuke Distillery x Casa de Vinos 15th Anniversary Single Cask
Nose: Barley sugar, honeyed porridge with fresh bananas, vanilla essence, lemon orange zest and a touch of elderflower liqueur. 
Palate: Barley husk and citrus zest with a larger oak influence alongside a honey banana vanilla extract smoothie. 
Finish: Medium-long, a beautiful continuation of the palate with an extra touch of toasted coconut.
