Our very own Casa de Vinos selection for the first release of the Sansibar and Charles Fazzino Traveller series collaboration. In 2019, Jens Drewitz from Sansibar Whisky asked us if we wanted to be a part of this series comprising of 3 bottlings – one selected by Jens, one by Shinanoya of Japan and one by us. Of course, our response was a resounding yes and we went about selecting our cask, landing on what we feel is a hugely expressive Bunnahabhain. You don’t need to leave this one in the glass to let it become expressive, its jumping out of the glass from the minute it hits it. 

Nose: Christmas pudding, sultanas, morish nougat and decadent caramel.

Palate: Rich and luscious with whacks of cinnamon, cocoa nibs, sea salt and even Tim Tams.

Finish: Lengthy with the dried fruit of the initial nose returning with the noble spices lingering.
