Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Edition #70 is a 13-year-old Caol Ila distilled in 2012 and bottled at 57.1% ABV. The 100 Proof range gives independent single malts a consistent high-strength identity, while the distillery and maturation remain the focus.

Oloroso-led maturation places dried-fruit and nut character around Caol Ila's maritime peat without overwhelming the coastal distillate. Smoke and sherry work in parallel, rather than one masking the other.

Oily smoke, brine and ash meet walnut, raisin, candied orange and fig, followed by dark chocolate, sea salt and spice. The result carries coastal definition and darker sherry weight in equal measure.
