Kildalton 15 Year Old 2009 Rockpool x Casa de Vinos 700ml | 51.1%

A Kildalton with and elegant punch of flavour and texture. We independently bottled this Kildalton for our 15th Anniversary in 2025 and in collaboration with Rockpool Bar & Grill in Southbank, Melbourne. 

Nose: Clean Ardbeg peat with ash, citrus, some iodine and hay. 

Palate: Oaky tones now apparent alongside more clean Ardbeg with oysters, slight menthol, iodine and more citrus ash. 

Finish: More oyster saltiness and minerality with sweet peat and citrus. 

Independent Bottlings

Independent bottlings are spirit merchants, both companies and individuals, who purchase casks from distilleries and bottle under their own brand or label. These spirits

are often unique expressions of distilleries and often released without dilution or chill-filtration at cask strength, as such they offer an unrestricted view of a distillery’s

character and distinct style. An unavoidable side effect of bottling single casks is that once a cask is empty it’s gone forever; every single cask, even ones maturing next to

each other, are all slightly and noticeably different.
