Bowmore 1996 spent 30 years maturing before selection for Artist #15, La Maison du Whisky's fifteenth Artist edition. It belongs to Something in the Water, the collection's Islay-focused strand, and was bottled at 51.8% ABV.

Age has not erased the distillery's identity. Bowmore's medium peat remains integrated with vivid fruit and maritime character, giving the whisky breadth while keeping its Islay origins recognisable.

Passion fruit, pineapple, white grape and pear meet floral notes and honey. Ash, salinity, seaweed and mineral tones follow, with coconut, citrus and restrained medicinal herbs extending the finish.
