Bowmore 20 Years Old 2001 Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml | 54.9% ABV

This 2001 vintage Bowmore was bottled after 20 years for The Nectar, in partnership with La Maison du Whisky and from Signatory Vintage stock. It is a mature Islay release that balances Bowmore's coastal peat with fruit and sherry-cask depth.

The nose is complex, with oily, herbaceous peat, sea breeze, medicinal notes and tropical fruit. The palate is balanced and intense, bringing citrus, pineapple syrup, mango, white pepper, brine and smoked salmon, before a long salty finish with subtle sweet smoke.
