Ichiro's Malt Wine Wood Reserve Japanese Pure Malt Whisky 700ml | 46% ABV

Ichiro's Malt Wine Wood Reserve is a Japanese pure malt combining Chichibu whisky with ex-Hanyu whisky matured in French oak barrels that previously held Japanese red wine. It is bottled non-chill filtered at 46% ABV.

The nose brings bright berries, almond, marzipan, coconut, liquorice, star anise and red fruit. The palate is spicy and sweet, with dried fig, curacao, red berries, chilli, light tannin, milk chocolate and cocoa, before a peppery finish of chilli, tannin, dark chocolate and a slight touch of smoke.
