Samai White Cambodian Rum 700ml | 41% ABV

Samai White begins with Cambodian molasses and is distilled through traditional copper pot and column stills. Rather than being bottled straight from the still, it spends up to one year in ex-bourbon barrels before active-charcoal filtration returns the spirit to a clear appearance while retaining its mature, fruit-led character.

The nose brings coconut, ripe banana and dried fruit. Cocoa and citrus add balance on the palate, leading to candied dried fruit, nuts and a delicate floral finish. It is smooth enough to sip and particularly well suited to Mojitos, Daiquiris and other classic white-rum cocktails.
