We are thrilled to announce the arrival of our Casa de Vinos 13th Birthday Release Whiskies. These exceptional whiskies have been meticulously selected by our entire team for their remarkable qualities, showcasing not only the craftsmanship of the distillery but also their undeniable appeal as outstanding whiskies.

Nose: The nose reveals a delightful medley of aromas reminiscent of a crisp autumn orchard. Prominent notes of freshly pressed apple cider dominate the forefront. Accompanying the apple aroma is the subtle sweetness of ripe pears, evoking the image of biting into a juicy, sun-ripened pear.  There's a hint of lemon and lime juice, imparting a zesty, citrusy brightness to the bouquet. It's a nose brimming with the essence of orchard fruits, and apple is the star of the show.

Palate: The first sip introduces a captivating palate that continues to showcase the bounty of the orchard. Tin peaches take center stage, nectarines follow, adding a luscious, juicy quality to the flavor profile.  Plums and raisins contribute a gentle dried fruit sweetness. A subtle undercurrent of ripe raspberries adds a delightful tartness that balances the sweetness. The palate concludes with a touch of white chocolate, leaving a creamy and indulgent impression that lingers.

Finish: The finish is a sweet and comforting symphony of flavors. It's akin to savoring Werther's Originals, with its creamy richness wrapping around your taste buds. Intertwined with the toffee is a note of exotic pine.  The finish brings to mind the warmth of freshly baked apple crumble, with a comforting blend of baked apples, cinnamon, and a crumbly topping that leaves a lasting, homely impression.
