The water used to distill Akkeshi whisky is so clear that you can see the shoals of salmon returning home for the winter.  The perfect Akkessi whisky to sit and enjoy by the fire during winter. 

Nose:  Bright orange, mandarin, lemon-like citrus, Darjeeling tea, honey, brown sugar, violet flowers

Palste:  Sweetness and sourness like oranges and tangerines, soy sauce, herbs and butter bread.

Finish: White pepper, lime peel, ripe mandarin and noble spice.
