Burdekin Distillery JP Distillers Edition 700ml, 45% ABV.

Burdekin JP Distillers Edition honours the distillery's work with farmer John Pierotti. The spirit was made from the first local crop of Giru sugarcane harvested in spring 2022, then double distilled to capture Burdekin's grassy cane character.

The style draws on French Caribbean influence with an Australian sense of place. Expect cut flowers on the nose, smooth cane spirit texture and a long, dry finish. Burdekin works at the foot of Mount Elliot, using local sugarcane and spring mineral water for blending to bottling strength.
