The JP Edition, a tribute to the exceptional collaboration with their dedicated farmer, John Pierotti. Harvested from the first local crop of Giru sugarcane in Spring 2022, and after a meticulous double distillation, gave birth to the smooth yet grassy signature cane spirit flavour.

Burdekin Distillery makes spirits of provenance. Their spirits are crafted at the foot of Mt Elliot in the Bowling Green National Park, where lush rainforest meets the crystal blue Coral Sea.
