North British Single Grain Scotch Whisky 33 Years Old 700ml | 40.1% ABV

Distilled in 1991 and bottled by Thompson Bros in 2025, this 33 year old North British was released as An Edinburgh Dram. The label carries a stylised map of Edinburgh, linking the Lowland grain distillery to the city that surrounds it.

The whisky is gentle but mature, with demerara sugar, custard, fruit jellies and stone fruit leading into honeycomb wax, stewed plum, floral jam and polished oak. The finish brings honey on toast, citrus pith and a soft woody grip.
