NY Distilling Co. Ragtime Rye is a grain-forward New York rye made from a mash bill of 72% rye, 16% corn and 12% malted barley. Aged in full-size barrels, it is built as a vibrant, classic rye for neat drinking or cocktails.

The nose brings cracked pepper, cinnamon, cherry, caramelised banana, dried orange peel and toasted rye bread. The palate follows with rye spice, ginger snap, black pepper, nutmeg, clove, toffee apple and a finish of cinnamon, clove, pepper, tobacco leaf, leather and rye grain.
