Sullivans Cove Double Cask is the distillery's more approachable core single malt, built from both American oak and French oak cask influence. It gives drinkers a clear introduction to the Tasmanian distillery without relying on a single-cask format.

The nose brings tropical and stone fruit, vanilla, caramel, baking spice, honeycomb, butterscotch, mint and chocolate. The palate is full and creamy, with sweet fruit, vanilla custard, toffee, spice, baked goods and brandy-soaked fruit, before a long finish of spice, maple and nutty praline.
