Maker's Mark Star Hill 2025 Release 700ml | 54.7% abv

The first proper wheat whisky by Maker's Mark with a bottle mashbill of 51% Soft Red Winter Wheat, 27% Malted Soft Red Winter Wheat and 22% Malted Barley. This was achieved by combining two separate mashbills of soft red winter wheat and malted barley whiskey with a 100% malted wheat whiskey. 

Nose: Buttery caramel, golden raisins, gingerbread, floral, wheaty notes with praline, macadamia, and banana bread hints.

Palate: Toffee, chocolate-covered cherries, apple pie, toasted wheat, brown sugar, maple syrup, dark cherry, hint of grapefruit.

Finish: Cinnamon, toasted pecans, dark chocolate, butterscotch, leather, and mineral-driven notes.
