The Flag Series is a collection that celebrates exceptional bottlings of rums from around the world. Carefully selected, it features emblematic casks from rum-producing regions that are distinguished by various ageing methods and a distinctive flavour profile. The Flag Series aims to highlight the specific characteristics of a producing country and the excellence of the distillates produced there. To make it easier to understand the subtleties of each product, the range offers transparent information on the identity of each bottling. The back label includes information such as the date of distillation, the date of bottling, the type of casks used and the number of bottles produced. The bottlings in the Flag series are ‘au naturel’, meaning that they are bottled without reduction, colouring or filtration.

This rum was produced in Vietnam, with a local variety of cane grown and harvested by hand in the province of Quang Nam. Founded in 2018 near Hoi An, this distillery honours the French Caribbean rum-making traditions while embracing sustainable practices. The production process is meticulous, from the use of endemic sugarcane, hand-harvested for optimal juice concentration, to natural fermentation, to the use of copper pot stills, and maturation in Cognac barrels. This version was distilled in a copper Armagnac column still and then aged for 6 years in an ex-cognac cask.
