This 2007 vintage Ledaig from Finest Whisky Berlin was bottled at 14 years old and 53.8% ABV. The cask influence is light enough to keep the emphasis on Ledaig's salty, farmy and ashy peated spirit.

The nose brings farmyard peat, ash, honeyed malt and a light peaches-and-cream sweetness. The palate is salty and smoky, with green apple skin, chilli and lemon citrus, before a finish of dry oak spice, mocha, peat smoke and lingering salinity.
