A tremendous peaty Ledaig iteration from Tobermory distillery matured in a sherry butt for 14 years before bottling at 53.8% abv.   Ledaig’s can be a bit like a box of chocolates – you just don’t know what you are going to get…But this one actually has a chocolate note on the nose with barley sugars and ever present marine peat and minerality interplaying from nose to finish.
