Morris 36 South Double Grain Australian Whisky 700ml - 40%

A double grain whisky made by Morris Distillery with wheat and barley, aged in red wine barrels from the Morris winery. 36 south is the latitude of the distillery, a special place in countryside Victoria that has been home to the Morris family since 1859.

Nose: Sticky raspberry jam and toasted cereal, gives way to swirling vanilla cream.

Palate: Upfront dried red fruits balanced with lightly charred oak, developing into hints honey glazed cinnamon pastry. 

Finish: A long buttery finish with notes of freshly baked spiced gingerbread.
