This 13 year old single cask Panamanian Rum is a collaboration bottling between The Auld Alliance and Corman Collins.   An unctuous rum with the bold abv of 60.2%, expect vanilla, pastry and exotic woods on the nose with the morish thick palate expressing dried fruits and toffee apple.   Long spicy finish that mellows in to milk chocolate and croissants.
