Speyside (M) 16 Years Old 2009 Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml | 57.1%

A 16 year old whisky from a Speyside beast. Although undisclosed, the (M) on the label points towards a specific distillery just across the River Spey next to the town of Craigellachie. 

Expect lots of milk chocolate covered candied orange and pronounced dried fruit. 

Signatory Vintage

For this series, Signatory has used a variety of maturation styles, although the most common by far are quite active sherry casks. Their aim is to bottle affordable whiskies that one would not normally see at most bottle shops at cask strength, such as Caol Ila, The Glenlivet and Craigellachie.
