Staff tasting notes:

Nose: Bright honey, dry hay and citrus peel dominate the deeply textural nose with subtle oak sweetness detailing the background. 

Palate: Nougat honey with porridge, more dry hay and citrus alongside a touch of mineral salinity which balances the thick mouthfeel beautifully. 

Finish: Long and balanced with a beautiful continuation of the palate. Fresh citrus once more and an almost resinous mouthfeel; the 32 years have given this whick a complexity and depth that is only achieved with time.
