NOSE: The nose is delicate and complex, with notes of honey, dry hay, and fresh citrus peel. There are also hints of oats and a subtle sweetness.

PALATE: The palate is gentle and nuanced, with notes of nougat, honey and oats. The dry hay and fresh citrus peel add a nice balance to the sweetness. The mouthfeel is well-balanced, with a slight salty note.

FINISH: The finish is long, with a nice balance of sweetness and freshness from the citrus peel. The 32 years of aging has given this whisky a complexity and depth that is hard to find in other whiskies.
