A mature Benrinnes from Artist #15, distilled in 1997 and bottled at over 25 years old for The Dark Side Of The Moon selection. It presents deep Speyside malt, mature tertiary notes and a polished sherry-influenced profile.

The nose is refined and complex, with iodine, saffron, curry, heather honey, linden, prune, fig, date, mushroom, lichen and roasted chestnut. The palate is dense and distinguished, opening on dark chocolate, tobacco and prune before mango, persimmon, orange and apricot add lift. Liquorice bitterness, turmeric and cocoa bring balance into a full but delicate finish.
