Kingsbarns Dream to Dram Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml | 46% ABV

Dream to Dram was the first whisky release from Kingsbarns and the precursor to the distillery's Doocot core expression. It was matured in bourbon casks and shaved, toasted and re-charred Portuguese wine casks, giving the Lowland spirit a bright, fruit-led frame.

The nose shows soft stone fruit, florals, banana skin and candied lemon. The palate is delicate, with curacao, red berries and sea salt, finishing with dry oak spice. A useful bottle for seeing the early Kingsbarns house style before the range settled into its current form.
