Lawrenny Homestead Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky 700ml - 41.5%

A delicate union of American Oak and French Oak layered over our spirit’s bounty of tropical fruit notes. Homestead is a triple cask matured release where maturation has occurred across a combination of ex bourbon, port and sherry barrels combining to deliver a unique single malt whisky.

Nose: Fresh rain (petrichor), honeysuckle, flowering eucalypt, vanilla bean, dried pineapple, pawpaw, peanut brittle, oiled leather, wood shavings

Palate: White peaches, banoffee, candied ginger, red apple, allspice, lemon peel, hints of sweet toasted smoke, apricot jam, prunes, citrus zest

Finish: Long, smooth, and warming with smoked almonds, golden syrup, creamy texture, and toasted sunflower seeds
