Rosevears Tasmanian Three Grain Whisky follows an American-style grain whiskey mash bill using 100% Tasmanian corn, rye and barley. It is matured in large-format new toasted and charred American oak casks, giving the whisky both grain sweetness and new-oak structure.

The nose opens with cereal, corn sweetness, rye spice, barley and oak. The palate is bold and robust, with vanilla, caramel and spice, before a soft creamy finish where silky caramel and subtle spice linger. A useful Australian grain whisky for drinkers crossing between bourbon, rye and local malt.
