Nardini Amaro is a historic, bittersweet Italian liqueur from the Nardini distillery (est. 1779) in Bassano del Grappa. Using over 30 different botanicals, including bitter orange, gentian root, peppermint, and alpine herbs, often employing both hot and cold extraction methods.

Nose: Earthy gentian, licorice, dark baking spices, peppermint, bitter orange zest, tobacco leaf, cocoa, and balsamic hints.

Palate: A wave of bittersweet flavor, featuring burnt orange, clove, mocha, Jaffa cake, strong mint, aniseed, and underlying woody notes.

Finish: A lingering, dry finish with prominent gentian, licorice, and mocha, balanced by a sweet-spicy, oily aftertaste
